Store Terms and Conditions
These terms are entered into by and between You and DroneShield Group Pty Ltd (“Company”, “DroneShield”, “we” or “us”) and govern the purchase of all goods through the DroneShield website (including but not limited to DroneShield Gear purchased through the DroneShield merch store, as available here - https://www.droneshield.com/droneshield-gear) whether as a guest or a registered user.
These Store Terms form part of the broader Website Terms & Conditions available at https://www.droneshield.com/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the Website Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where the Store Terms specifically govern the sale of merchandise.
Payment Terms and Conditions
All payments made through the Website are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By purchasing goods or services from DroneShield Group Pty Ltd (ABN 44 668 560 610), you agree to be bound by Stripe’s applicable terms, including but not limited to their Payment Method Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Stripe may modify its terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review those terms periodically.
Stripe may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
Payment methods available to you are determined by Stripe and may vary by geography.
Stripe may redirect you to third-party banking pages for certain payment methods. You must ensure that the bank’s URL is visible and secure during such redirection.
DroneShield does not store or process your payment information directly. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Third Party Terms
Certain features of the Store may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Stripe, shipping providers). By using these features, you agree to comply with the applicable third-party terms.
Privacy
By using our Website and ordering goods, you agree that your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and that you agree to its terms and conditions, as available here - https://www.droneshield.com/privacy-policy.
Return Policy
If a sale is governed by Australian Consumer Law returns will be under the ACL. No warranty is provided otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL applies, you are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement or refund for major failures.
For purchases not governed by the ACL, we offer refunds or exchanges only in the following circumstances:
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The item received is materially different from the description.
The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at legal@droneshield.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Stripe fees from the original transaction are non-refundable.
In rare cases, refunds may fail due to issues with the original payment method. If this occurs, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. DroneShield is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. DroneShield uses Printful to deliver goods to customers. By placing an order you agree to the relevant Printful terms, as available at - https://www.printful.com/policies.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneShield excludes all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sydney, NSW.
