DroneShield Appoints Joint Company Secretary
Sydney, Australia – 6 October 2026 – DroneShield is pleased to announce the appointment of Candice Driver as a Joint Company Secretary, effective 6 October 2026.
Candice has over 15 years’ legal and company secretarial experience across ASX-listed entities, regulated financial services businesses and multinational infrastructure platforms, most recently at Regal Partners Limited (ASX:RPL).

Candice is the person responsible for communications with ASX under Listing Rule 12.6. Candice replaces Carla Balanco as Joint Company Secretary. Paul Cenoz remains General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary.

This appointment reflects DroneShield's ongoing investment in leadership capability and supports the Company's next phase of growth.
In the last six months, the Company has appointed Hamish McLennan as Independent Non-Executive Chairman and welcomed retired Rear Admiral Lee Goddard CSC and Lynne Saint (commencing 24 November) as Independent Non-Executive Directors. There has also been a renewal in executive capabilities under the leadership of Angus Bean as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and the impending arrival of Rebecca Lowde as Chief Financial Officer (commencing 2 November).
