Penny Berger brings more than two decades of investor relations and corporate affairs experience supporting large listed and multinational organizations through growth, transformation, and evolving market environments. She has held senior leadership roles across aviation, property, construction and building materials, finance, telecommunications, and retail sectors, including key positions at Virgin Australia, The GPT Group, Vicinity Centres and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. At DroneShield, Penny leads the investor relations function. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Australasian Investor Relations Association. Penny holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
