Monica Lobo serves as the Vice President of Finance at DroneShield LLC, where she leads all financial functions for the company’s U.S. operations. With over two decades of global experience in financial leadership, Monica brings deep expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, M&A integration, IPO readiness, and SOX compliance. Her work supports DroneShield’s mission to deliver cutting-edge defense technology with robust financial governance and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining DroneShield, Monica held senior finance roles at companies including BlueHalo, MorganFranklin Consulting, and Playa Hotels & Resorts, where she managed large-scale financial transformations, complex SEC filings, and led IPO initiatives across multiple industries. She has overseen finance operations for companies with revenues exceeding $3.3 billion and successfully integrated finance systems and controls in diverse, multinational environments.

A master of both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, Monica is trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Maryland.
