Allen brings 19 years of experience in the U.S. defense industry, specializing in the development of low SWaP-C electronics across component, module, and system-level architectures. During his tenure at Raytheon, he played a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps, driving business growth, and fostering collaboration across customer networks, key suppliers, and internal engineering teams.
He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
