DroneShield Earns U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Medallion Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

DroneShield recognized for long-term commitment to hiring, training, and empowering U.S. military veterans


Warrenton, Virginia – 7 November 2025 – DroneShield, a global leader in advanced counter-drone technology, has been honored by the U.S. Department of Labor with the HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award for the fourth year in a row. This recognition celebrates the company’s continued commitment to employing and supporting U.S. military veterans as an integral part of its workforce and leadership. 

Presented annually by the United States Department of Labor, the HIRE Vets Award is the only federal-level recognition that acknowledges employers who demonstrate a long-term dedication to recruiting, retaining, and developing veterans in the civilian workforce.  

At DroneShield, veterans make up a significant portion of the company’s U.S. team, bringing their operational experience, mission-first mindset, and leadership qualities to bear across roles in engineering, operations, and customer success. Their firsthand knowledge of defense and public safety environments continues to shape DroneShield’s product development and field deployment capabilities.
