DroneShield Appoints Non-Executive Director
Sydney, Australia – 28 September 2026 – DroneShield is pleased to announce the appointment of Lynne Saint as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective from 24 November 2026.
Ms Saint brings extensive financial, audit, risk and commercial experience from a global executive and board career. This includes nearly 20 years with engineering, procurement, construction and project management services multinational Bechtel Group, where she served as Chief Audit Executive and Chief Financial Officer of the Mining and Metals Global Business Unit. Her experience spans large-scale global projects, complex operating environments, supply chain management and major capital programmes.
Ms Saint currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Nufarm Limited (ASX:NUF) and Ventia Limited (ASX:VNT). At both companies, she chairs the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and is a member of the Nominations Committee, People and Remuneration Committee, and Safety and Sustainability Committee. She was previously a Non-Executive Director of Iluka Resources Limited (ASX:ILU).
Ms Saint holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a post-graduate diploma in Education Studies from the University of Queensland. She is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
